About Health & Social Care Professionals & Providers Network
Welcome to the Health and Social Care Professionals and Providers Network, a dynamic community dedicated to advancing the health and social care sector. Our mission is to inspire, empower, inform, and connect professionals and providers, fostering an environment where excellence and innovation flourish, promoting stronger connections and productive partnerships.
By emphasising collaboration, shared knowledge, and mutual support, we aim to create a community where every member feels empowered, informed, and inspired. Join us in our mission to enhance health and social care for all.
Our Story
Launched on 5th April 2017 at the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) in London, our network provides a safe space and networking opportunities for discussions among senior leaders from the National Health Service, social care, and private sectors

Together, we cultivate an environment where best practices are exchanged, and innovative ideas are nurtured in the interest of our members.
Events
Founded by Fatima Kamara, who has over 20 years of experience in the NHS, beginning her career as a nurse and advancing to senior management and Directorship roles. Her expertise includes Service Redesign, Patient Safety, Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, Procurement & Commissioning. Fatima is passionate about the NHS and social care, having worked on large-scale projects and system plans within the NHS. She also serves as a Regional Executive Committee member for UNISON and a Labour Link Officer for NHS North West Surrey Hospitals, as well as a school governor and Secretary for SME4Labour.
Our network is dedicated to leading with purpose, integrity, and vision. In healthcare, success is measured by the health and wellbeing of the people we serve. As leaders and providers in health and social care, we recognise that positive patient outcomes are the result of both individual and collective efforts. Our guiding principle is the improvement of health for our patients and communities through shared best practices and influential thought leadership.
We have maintained strong networking events, even during the onset of COVID-19 by transitioning to online formats. After a two-year hiatus, we are thrilled to announce our relaunch event in October 2024
